Agree the standard first
Before production we confirm specification, packing, labelling and acceptable tolerances in writing. An inspection can only check what was agreed.
Sampling and testing
Cartons are picked at random from the finished lot. Depending on the product we check moisture, weight, dimensions, workmanship or lab parameters.
Photo and video report
You receive a report with photos of goods, cartons, markings and container loading, plus test values against your specification.
Release or rework
If something falls outside tolerance, the lot is reworked and re-checked before the container is sealed.
